David Putnam is a 35-year residential and commercial real estate professional. David is a native of Santa Monica where he resides with his family. David focuses most of his business on the surrounding “Westside” of Los Angeles, assisting clients in the sale and acquisition of homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties and land. David’s areas of expertise include Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice and Brentwood, along with all of the adjacent areas and Los Angeles in general. David is happy to share his street by street knowledge of the various neighborhoods in the area. David holds a bachelor of Arts Degree from Cal Poly Humboldt where he participated in collegiate sports and enjoyed the outdoors. In his spare time, he enjoys writing, surfing, sailing, fishing, diving, golf, and tennis.
